It is as simple as that… The Perez Brothers used these steps to start Highpoint Cider. Once upon a time in 2018, Alex was living in Jackson, WY. Growing up in New England both Perez brothers enjoyed the thriving cider scene. Noticing the lack of cider options in Jackson Hole, Alex’s business background led him to the idea of creating hard cider company. He thought who better to start it with than his biochemist brother Andrew. Before they had fermented their first batch of cider, they quit their jobs and dedicated themselves to starting the company. A few years, some late nights, a destroyed kitchen and living room, and over 200 trial batches of cider later, Highpoint opened its taproom doors in April 2021 and continues to make drinkable, fun, unfiltered ciders.
